SELLING YOUR HOME? MAKE SURE THE
PRICE IS RIGHT!
"Home buyers look at houses in ranges," says
Supple. Set a price that's too high and they'll think that your house is too
steep for their wallet and they won't even bother to take a look at it.

PREPARING A HOUSE FOR SALE
Many buyers peruse neighbourhoods looking at listed properties from the outside
before inquiring with the listing agent to show them the inside. A first
impression is hard to shake and if the prospective buyer doesn’t like the house
from the outside, they probably won’t inquire at all. To get them past the front
door, you need to add some curb appeal. Here’s a list of items that will
definitely add value to your home. Click the link on

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SHOWING?
Everything is going to be fine. The agent has
called in advance and you have made your last minute preparations as indicated
in “Preparing for a Showing”.It is always best if you vacate the home for
all showings. If this is absolutely not possible, then adhere to the following

WHEN AN OFFER IS MADE
1.
PRESENTING THE OFFER
Be assured
that as soon as I am aware that a written offer to purchase has been signed, I
will contact you immediately. The timing may be inopportune but it’s
usually best to move ahead rapidly to consider the contract. Please note that
when I call you, I may or may not yet be aware of the terms of the offer. When
I have the contract in hand, I will study it closely and review each of the
terms and conditions with you to your complete understanding and satisfaction.

What you need
to know
The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis
Centre of Canada, or FINTRAC, collects, analyzes and discloses financial information and intelligence on suspected money
laundering and terrorist financing activities. It was created as part of a Canadian government initiative to fight money
laundering and terrorist financing, both domestically and internationally.
Businesses and industries who must report to
FINTRAC are required to “know their clients” and asking for ID is one way to do that.

WINTERIZING YOUR HOME FOR
SAVINGS!
Winterizing Your Home can Save You Money!
During the cold
winter months, homeowners in most of the country find it necessary to turn on
the heaters to keep warm. You can save energy when heating your home by taking
the time to winterize for maximum energy savings.
Due to increasing energy costs, winter heating will consume an increasingly
larger portion of a household's energy budget. That's why it's important to
check your home to ensure that your heating dollars aren't being wasted.
