Dianna's Mom's Pumpkin Pie
Filling for one pie shell
| 1 1/4 Cup | Cooked pumpkin (well drained) |
| 3/4 Cup | Brown sugar |
| 3/4 tsp | Salt |
| 3/4 tsp | Nutmeg |
| 3/4 tsp | Ginger |
| 1 1/4 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 4 tsp | Light molasses |
| 3 eggs | Slightly beaten |
| 1 Cup | Evaporated milk |
Mix all together thoroughly and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees until done.
