Dianna's Mom's Pumpkin Pie


Filling for one pie shell

 

1 1/4 Cup Cooked pumpkin (well drained)
3/4 Cup Brown sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Nutmeg
3/4 tsp Ginger
1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
4 tsp Light molasses
3 eggs Slightly beaten
1 Cup Evaporated milk

Mix all together thoroughly and pour into pie shell.

Bake at 400 degrees until done.
